This session introduces participants to the gentle practices of Tai Chi and Qigong, designed to support both physical and neurological health.
Tai Chi training has been shown to have long-term benefits for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, including improvements in balance, coordination, and both motor and non-motor symptoms, along with a reduction in complications.
Participants will learn simple, guided movements in a calm and supportive environment, making this session accessible for all experience levels.
